Conveyancing CDD: onboarding by client type

8 May 2026 ยท 4 min read

Customer Due Diligence in conveyancing splits cleanly into two streams: internal screening that your team performs, and the onboarding information you collect from the client. The required steps shift depending on whether the client is an individual, a body corporate, a government body, or a trust.
