1. Who we are

Comply.LM is operated by LawMatter Pty Ltd (ABN details available on request), an Australian company. You can reach us at any time at Support@lawmatter.com.au.

2. What you are consenting to

By accepting these terms, you expressly agree that LawMatter Pty Ltd may contact you with marketing and promotional communications about Comply.LM and related services, including product updates, newsletters, compliance insights, event invitations and special offers.

You can choose the channels you consent to: (a) marketing emails and newsletters, and/or (b) phone calls and SMS messages. We will only use the channels you select.

3. Your consent is voluntary

Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using any Comply.LM service. You may register your interest or use the platform without accepting these marketing terms.

4. How we use your details

We use the name, email address and phone number you provide solely to send the communications you have consented to and to manage your consent record. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and our electronic messages comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth): every marketing message identifies us as the sender and includes a working unsubscribe facility.

5. Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw your consent, in whole or in part, at any time and free of charge by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying STOP to any SMS, or emailing Support@lawmatter.com.au.

We will action withdrawal requests promptly and, in any case, within 5 business days. Withdrawing consent does not affect communications we are required to send you for legal or service reasons.

6. Record of consent

We keep a record of your acceptance (including the version of these terms and the date) so we can demonstrate compliance. You may request a copy of your consent record at any time.

7. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that expands how we use your details, we will ask for your consent again before relying on the new terms.
